How does the Reference Check process work?

The candidate provides their referee information through Triton’s secure platform. Triton then contacts the referees using email and telephone outreach. Depending on your organization’s requirements, referees can complete a secure online questionnaire or participate in a structured telephone interview. Responses are reviewed and consolidated into a standardized report available through the secure client portal.
